About Vitality Nest

These terms apply to shopping at vitalitynest.store, operated under the Vitality Nest brand and hosted by Shopify. For questions about an order or these terms, request an email reply or email vitalitynestt@gmail.com. Business contact information is also provided in our Privacy policy.

Using the store and your account

To place an order, you must be at least 18 and have legal capacity to enter a purchase contract where you live. Provide accurate contact and delivery information, use payment methods you are authorized to use, and protect your account access. Do not misuse the store, interfere with its security, or submit unlawful content. This store is not directed to children under 13; please do not provide their personal information.

Products and health information

Read the selected product's description, size, quantity, ingredients, allergen information and manufacturer's warnings before purchase. Product images may be illustrative, and colours can vary by screen. The items included in a purchase are those described for the selected variant.

Our store does not provide medical advice, diagnosis or treatment. Supplements are not a substitute for a varied diet or professional care. Follow the product label, do not exceed its directions, and consult a qualified health professional about suitability, particularly if you take medication, have a medical condition, are pregnant or breastfeeding. Do not rely on store content for an emergency.

Prices, discounts and payment

Prices are displayed in US dollars unless checkout expressly shows another currency. The selected product price, applicable discount, shipping charge and tax are shown before you submit payment. Products from different suppliers may incur separate shipping charges. Review the final order total before paying.

Our advertised automatic offer is 10% off orders over $50; the qualifying offer and savings are shown at checkout. Shipping and taxes are not advertised as free. Offers cannot be combined unless checkout permits it. Price changes apply to future purchases. If a material listing or pricing error affects an order, we will contact you to resolve it or cancel and refund the affected purchase; we will not impose an extra charge without your agreement.

Orders, delivery and cancellations

We currently accept delivery orders within the United States only, subject to the selected supplier's availability for your address. Suppliers may ship directly to you in separate parcels. Delivery estimates are not guarantees unless expressly stated. See our Shipping policy.

Vitality Nest remains your point of contact for the purchase and any remedy owed to you. If you need to cancel or change an address, contact us promptly. A dispatched order may need to follow the return process. If we cannot fulfil an order, we will notify you and arrange the refund or other remedy required by applicable law.

Returns and refunds

Our Returns and refunds policy explains the 30-day voluntary return window, product condition and hygiene exclusions, free eligible return shipping and the refund process. Contact us before sending goods back; do not use the parcel's sender address without our instructions. These terms and our voluntary return conditions do not reduce your mandatory consumer rights.

Privacy and communications

Our Privacy policy explains personal-data processing and privacy rights. Marketing signup is separate from an order or support request. You can unsubscribe from promotional emails using their unsubscribe link. Necessary order, account and support messages may still be sent. You can exercise applicable privacy rights through the contact form or email above.

Content, third-party services and changes

Store content and supplier materials are subject to the rights of their respective owners. Do not copy or use them unlawfully. Third-party websites and services may have their own terms and privacy notices. We may update these store terms and post the revision date; changes do not retrospectively remove rights attached to an existing purchase.

Your legal rights

Nothing in these terms excludes liability or a remedy that applicable law does not allow us to exclude, or limits your mandatory consumer or privacy rights. If part of these terms is unenforceable, the remaining terms continue to apply to the extent permitted by law. Please contact us first so that we can try to resolve a concern.
