Privacy requests

You can ask Vitality Nest to access, correct or delete your personal information, or ask about how it is used. These rights depend on applicable law and the circumstances of your request.

How to make a request

Email vitalitynestt@gmail.com with the subject Privacy request, or use Request an email reply. Choose General question and say whether you want access, correction, deletion or another privacy action.

Use the email address associated with your order or account where possible. An order number can help us locate an order, but is not required for every request. Do not include passwords, full payment-card details, identification documents or medical information in your first message.

What happens next

We will acknowledge your request and may ask for the minimum information needed to verify it and protect your data. Where appropriate, we will pass the request to Shopify or other relevant service providers. We will respond within the time required by applicable law. We may need to retain some information for order fulfilment, refunds, tax, fraud prevention or other legal obligations; we will explain any applicable limits.

Submitting a request does not subscribe you to marketing. Deleting personal information is different from cancelling an order, requesting a refund or unsubscribing from emails.

• Use Your privacy choices to opt out of applicable advertising data sharing.
